Locally rooted in Malawi. Focused on dignity, opportunity and resilience.

Safer, healthier and more inclusive communities.

The Foundation proposes feasible community awareness, identification of needs, referrals and practical support through recognised public and civil-society service providers.

  • Age-appropriate child protection and abuse-prevention information
  • Sensitive identification of household vulnerabilities and suitable referral routes
  • Nutrition, maternal and child wellbeing information and health education
  • Water, sanitation and hygiene awareness, especially for adolescent girls
  • Disability-inclusive engagement and reasonable accommodations
  • Psychosocial support information and referrals to qualified practitioners

Safeguarding is a fundamental requirement.

In activities involving children, LCMF will prioritise appropriate caregiver consent, age-appropriate assent, adult supervision, confidential records and clear escalation procedures. Identifiable images or stories will not be publicised without suitable permission and a safeguarding assessment.

Limits of direct provision: LCMF does not present itself as a clinical provider. Medical treatment, specialist counselling, emergency assistance or statutory child protection decisions belong with properly authorised services.

Let’s build lasting progress together.
